FAQ
These answers describe the Digital Snan offering as it is published on this website. A point that is not decided yet is named as unpublished, not filled in with a guess.
What is Digital Snan?
Digital Snan is a remote devotional offering for the Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Kumbh. It is performed on your behalf at Ramkund in Panchavati, Nashik, or at Kushavarta Kund, Trimbakeshwar. This is a devotional symbolic offering performed on your behalf. It is not a replacement for physical Kumbh snan, and no specific spiritual outcome is guaranteed.
What does a booking include?
Digital Snan — 5 Sacred Dips includes, for each member, a printed photo that is ceremonially immersed five times at the ghat you choose, and video proof of that ritual. Once for the booking, it includes a combined sankalp, an edited video, delivery by WhatsApp and email, and support. The first member is ₹2,100. Each additional member is ₹1,100. A booking includes 1 to 5 members. On the order summary step, the site shows a per-member breakdown and the total before Razorpay checkout.
Which ghat and date can I choose?
You choose one ghat: Ramkund in Panchavati, Nashik, or Kushavarta Kund, Trimbakeshwar. You can choose a snan date from 1 August 2027 to 31 December 2027. The Kumbh 2027 calendar lists the wider schedule. Those dates follow an interim plan and can be revised.
What photo should I upload?
Upload one clear photo for each member. The picture should be respectful and suitable for a religious ritual. Do not upload a pet or any other animal. A snan is offered for a person, not an animal. JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files are accepted, up to 4 MB each.
Whose details does the form ask for?
The form asks for the booker's full name, WhatsApp number, and email address. It does not ask for a separate name or gotra for each member. Upload a photo only when you have permission from the person in it, or from their parent or guardian if they cannot consent themselves.
What proof do I receive?
You receive a video of the offering. The booking includes one edited video, sent by WhatsApp and email. A private booking page can show that video once it is ready. The page address is unguessable and is not published for other people to browse.
Can I book for my family?
Yes. One booking includes 1 to 5 members. Each member needs a photo. The sankalp is combined for the booking. You do not enter a separate name for each member.
Can I book from outside India?
Yes. Devotees who cannot be at Nashik or Trimbakeshwar in person can book, including from outside India. Enter a WhatsApp number with the country code. The offering does not include travel, accommodation, or a place in a physical snan queue.
How do refunds work?
Whether a completed payment can be refunded, how long that takes, and which cases are non-refundable are not published yet. A failed Razorpay payment is not treated as a completed charge. Ask for a cancellation from the contact page and include the booking reference.
What personal information is kept?
A booking keeps the booker's full name, WhatsApp number, and email address, a photo for each member, the snan date, the ghat, and the payment reference returned by Razorpay. Photos and the video are not placed in a public gallery. How long they are kept after the video is delivered is not decided yet. Card numbers and UPI PINs are not stored on this website.
