Privacy Policy
A booking needs a few personal details so the offering can be performed and the video can be sent. This page lists those details. It does not add ones the form does not ask for.
Data collected
- The booker's full name, WhatsApp number, and email address
- A photo for each member
- The snan date and ghat
- The payment reference returned by Razorpay after you pay
Devotees do not create an account. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and similar payment secrets are not stored on this website.
Purpose
- To print the photo and perform the immersions
- To perform the combined sankalp for the booking
- To record the ritual and send the video
- To confirm the payment and answer a question about the booking
Lawful basis
The details are used because you asked for the offering and for the video to be delivered. A fuller statement of the lawful basis will be published with the operating business details.
What Razorpay stores
Payment is collected by Razorpay. Razorpay processes the card, UPI, or other method you choose, under its own terms. This site keeps the order and payment identifiers and the amount, so the booking can be marked paid only after the signature is checked on the server.
Photos and video
A devotee photo is accepted as JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 4 MB. It is used to print the photo that is immersed. The ritual video is the proof sent to you. These files are not placed in a public gallery. While a booking is being filled in, the photo is kept only long enough to review the booking. How long the photo and video are kept after delivery is not decided yet.

Other processors are not named here until they are in use. This site does not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
Retention
Contact details are kept so the video and status messages can be sent, and so a question about that booking can be answered. A fixed retention period for names, photos, and phone numbers is not published yet.
Your rights
You can ask what is held for your booking, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where the offering no longer needs the details. Send that request through the contact page or the grievance page. Include the booking reference if you have one.
Security
The booking page uses an unguessable address. Payment status is taken from the server, not from the browser alone. Photos are not served as public files.
